Good Stuff:

Great use of personal stories to amplify your points. It really helps show that you know what you’re talking about.

Great job on the introduction explaining what the podcast is about.

Stuff to Tweak:

The website needs a bit of tweaking. I would use the Powerpress player to give more options to your visitors.

Add an RSS button on the site.

There are a couple of areas that leas to the same pages that is a bit confusing.
